One defined outcome. One defined scope.
The Dealer Launch System is designed for one first-time Georgia used motor vehicle dealer applicant entity and one primary location through one standard initial application cycle. What you still do personally
This is a coordinated launch service, not a substitute applicant. Certain steps must remain yours.
- Provide complete and truthful applicant/business information and requested documents on time
- Personally sign, attest and notarize documents when required
- Sign the office lease and maintain the location if office placement is used
- Attend required education and complete fingerprinting/background-check steps
- Pay government fees and third-party charges when due
- Be available for inspections and maintain the required business setup
Third-party and out-of-scope costs
The service fee pays Atlanta Dealers License for the defined coordination and preparation work above. The following are not included unless a separate written agreement expressly adds them:
- Office rent, deposits or lease charges
- Surety-bond premiums, insurance premiums, training fees, fingerprint fees or government/local filing fees
- Legal, tax or accounting representation or advice
- Appeals, hearings, disciplinary matters, contested criminal-history/suitability matters or representation after a denial
- Additional or supplemental dealer locations, later location changes, renewals or reinstatements unless separately purchased
- Auction memberships, dealer-management software, inventory, floorplans or other post-license operating expenses
